Dawna Callahan
CEO & Founder @All In Sport Consulting
Dawna has been involved with adaptive sport professionally for more than 20 years. In 2017, she founded All In Sport Consulting and has worked with nationally known clients including the Endeavor Games Series, Hybl Sports Medicine Center, Warrior Games and U.S. Figure Skating. In 2020, All In Sport Consulting presented the inaugural Adapted Sport Leadership & Business Symposium (LABS), a virtual conference aimed to advance the adapted sport movement. Previously, Dawna was Director of Programs with the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), which provides access to sport opportunities for people with physical disabilities globally. She has also held positions with the United States Olympic Committee, Paralympic Division as the Manager of Sport Outreach and Development and Manager, Paralympic Military Program. With both roles, she was vital in growing and developing the Paralympic movement across the United States.
Jenny Lim
Program Manager @Canadian Women & Sport
As the Program Manager at Canadian Women & Sport, Jenny is responsible for the development and execution of several gender equity solutions for Canadian sport organizations such as the Gender Equity LENS E-module, Gender Equity in Sport Assessment, Gender Equity Action Plan, Equity in Coaching and Same Game. Graduating with a Sport and Exercise Science degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, she worked at a Regional Sports Trust in a variety of roles, including health promotion, community sport delivery, funding administration, project management and strategic leadership, with a particular focus and passion in diversity and inclusion in sport. During her time there, she held a number of advisory and board positions with schools, universities, community and sport organizations, sharing her perspective and voice as a woman of color in sport and leadership.
Danielle Slaton
Director of External Relations @Santa Clara University
Danielle is a former USWNT player who won a silver medal at the 2000 Olympic Games and was a member of the third place 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup squad. In 2002, she was selected by the Carolina Courage as WUSA’s first overall draft pick and was named as WUSA’s defender of the year. Currently, Danielle serves as a soccer television analyst for the San Jose Earthquakes, Fox Sports, and Pac-12 Network. She was also a match analyst during the 2015 and 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. She sits on the Board of Directors for the US Soccer Foundation and Bay Area Women's Sports Initiative (BAWSI) and is a member of SCORE (Soccer Collective on Racial Equity).
